Delete your account
MinuteBridge, published by MinuteBridge LLC
Account deletion is self-serve and does not require the mobile app — everything below works from any web browser, whether or not the app is still installed.
If you are a firm owner
- Sign in to MinuteBridge on the web with your account email.
- Open Settings and find Firm account.
- Choose Delete firm account. Your firm enters a 14-day grace period, during which every connection is disconnected and you can still undo. (Cancel subscription, on the Account page, is a different and smaller thing: it stops future billing only and does not delete anything.)
- After the grace period, your firm's data is deleted entirely — use the wipe option on the same page to delete immediately instead. Want a copy of what we hold before it goes? Ask us at the address below during the grace period and we will send it.
If you are a team member
Ask your firm's owner or admin to remove you from the firm. Removal immediately revokes your access and deletes your connection tokens, cached data, and settings. If you cannot reach an admin, contact us at the address below and we will verify and process the request.
If you cannot sign in
Email support@minutebridge.com from the email address on the account and ask for deletion. We verify the request against the account email and respond within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your account, sign-in credentials, passkeys, and sessions.
- All connection tokens (RingCentral and your practice management system) — deleted from our systems, and revoked with the provider where the provider supports revocation (RingCentral, Clio, Google). MyCase offers no revocation interface; those tokens are deleted here and expire on their own.
- All cached communication metadata, contact and matter mirrors, timers, and settings.
What is retained, and why
- The audit record that a deletion happened — dates and account identifiers only, kept for security and legal compliance. Never the content of anything.
- Billing records required for tax and accounting law, held by our payment processor (Stripe).
- Backups age out on rotation within 14 days of deletion.
Independent of deletion requests, cached communication metadata expires on its own after 90 days — see the Privacy Policy for the full retention story.
What deletion does not touch
Your communications live in RingCentral and your billing entries, notes, and case records live in your own practice management system. Deleting your MinuteBridge account touches none of them — everything already written to your systems stays exactly where it is, under your control.
